- To provide students both the basic and professional education which enable students to possess knowledge and skills for their future career of pharmacist.

- To provide studentsknowledge about pharmaceutical care including patient assessment, identification of drug-related problems, resolution of drug-related problems, and determination of patient care plan.

- To provide students approaches to providing effectively accurate drug information to patients and health care staffs .

- To enable students to monitor and report  ADR and to understand how national pharmacovigilance system works.

- To enable students to optimize the patient-based treatment on their medication use.

- To provide students the basic knowledge of the legal documents of the state and legal documents related to pharmaceutical products.

- To provide students the information about marketing policies and the application of these policies in pharmaceutical industry.

- To provide knowledge about drug quality management and good practice standards.
